Do I need an appointment to look and try on your prom dresses?
Yes, we advise that you make an appointment with us so we can guarantee you a changing room when you visit. We have 5 spacious fitting rooms and we will allocate you a sales advisor who can help you when you visit our store. We are there to help you as much or as little as you require.
To book an appointment, you can call us on 01206 578889 / 07523 826876.
How long do appointments last?
We allocate an hour and a half for your first visit to us. Within this time, you can try on as many dresses as you wish. Again, an advisor will be on hand to help recommend and suggest you try styles and colours that you perhaps hadn’t considered trying.
How early should I start looking for my prom dress?
Basically, there are no rules, visit us whenever you feel ready to do so.
How long do dresses take to order or can I buy off the peg?
We are very fortunate as our suppliers tend to hold good stocks of their styles. If however, your dress isn’t in stock at the time of ordering, we usually suggest the dress can take up to 12 weeks to arrive, in some cases slightly longer. We will advise you of delivery times at the time of ordering.
We also hold over 1000 dresses in store, so there is plenty of choice if you need to buy your dress off of the peg, if you haven’t got time to order.
What prices and sizes do your prom dresses range from?
Our dresses range from £89-£595 and the majority are available in sizes 0-32. The average price of our dresses are around £250-£299. However, we do have several hundred dresses available at under £200.
We also offer a payment plan. To order a dress, we require an initial 50% deposit, with the balance to be paid once the dress arrives in store. If it helps, you can spread the cost of the dress over several months, once we have received 50% we will then place the order, however if you wish to do this, please remember to allow the necessary order time.
All of our dresses are to buy, we do not hire, however our prices start from the equivalent of what you would pay to hire.
Do you sell dresses appropriate for evening functions?
Do you sell accessories?
What if my dress needs alterations?
We do not carry out alterations in store. However, we have several seamstresses who we work alongside, so we can provide you with their details. We are also very fortunate to have a qualified seamstress as one of our consultants, and whilst she no longer carries out the alteration work, her advice and sewing experience is invaluable.
